About Roksolana Pyrtko

 

Roksolana Pyrtko is the CEO of the Retail and Entertainment Complexes “Roksolana” and “Spartak” in Lviv. With a background in corporate law and extensive experience in property investment, she has led both centers since 2014 and 2019 respectively, ensuring their growth as leading commercial spaces in Western Ukraine.

She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Securities from Lviv National University and a diploma in Legal English Translation. Alongside her legal career, she gained experience in fitness business management and worked as an associate at Matviiv & Partners, before qualifying as an attorney in 2020.

Under her leadership, “Roksolana” and “Spartak” have developed strong retail portfolios, long-term brand partnerships, and community-oriented initiatives. Her areas of expertise include:

• Strategic planning and operational management of large commercial properties

• Real estate market analysis and investment projects

• Marketing and brand development for retail spaces

• Lease policy and cooperation with international tenants

• Implementing modern services and digital solutions in retail management

Beyond business, Roksolana has been active in civic life since her youth. As a long-time member of the Plast scouting organization, she developed leadership and organizational skills through camps, volunteer projects, and educational initiatives. She is married, a mother of two, a dedicated yoga practitioner with over a decade of experience, and fluent in five languages.
